NR 1 ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALLED AT 1000 FT AND WAS SECURED.  ENGINE WAS RELIT PRIOR TO LANDING.  ENGINE POWER ASSURANCE RUN ON GROUND DETECTED NO DISCREPANCIES.
