FLAP SELECTOR HANDLE BECAME VERY LOOSE DURING TAXI. RETURNED TO BLOCKS UPON DISCOVERY. NO INCIDENT REPORTED. FOUND ONE OF THE BOLTS HOLDING FLAP HANDLE CRACKED & PARTIALLY SHEARED.
