R/H IB FINLET DRAG ANGLE CRACKED AT BEND RADIUS ON HORIZONTAL STABILIZER AND FINLET STA 74. WATER LINE 285, 2.6 FEET FROM LEADING EDGE. CRACK IS 1.3 INCH LENGTH.
