## Discrepancy

PILOTS REPORTED VIBRATIONS IN THE CYCLIC CONTROLS, UPON INSPECTION IT WAS FOUND THAT ONE SET OF SPINDLE BEARINGS ON ONE MAIN ROTOR BLADE WERE FOUND TO BE BRINELLED. THE BEARINGS ON THIS SPECIFIC SPINDLE HAVE BEEN REPLACED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE.
