## Discrepancy

DURING PREFLIGHT CHECK, THE AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY POWER FAILED TO TEST.  FOUND REMOTE CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER (RCCB) B1-189 STUCK OPEN.  REPLACED RCCB, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
