## Discrepancy

STALL INDICATION FAILURE LIGHT AND STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED DURING SLAT RETRACTION AFTER TAKEOFF.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO MEM AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED SLAT EXTEND SWITCHES.  OPERATIONAL CHECK OK ON GROUND.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
