## Discrepancy

DURING PERIODIC CHECK, FOUND A CRACK IN SECTION 41 LOWER LOBE.  CRACK IS LOCATED AT STR 28R, FS 460.  REMOVED DAMAGED FLANGE, FABRICATED REPAIR, AND INSTALLED.
