## Discrepancy

LEFT PACK MIX VALVE STUCK IN FULL COLD - CAUSED PACK TRIP WITH SMOKE IN COCKPIT AND CABIN.  THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED ON AUGUST 7, BUT WAS NOT REPORTED THROUGH THE NORMAL CHANNELS.  REPLACED CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER.  COMPONENT CHECKED OKAY IN SHOP.
