FLIGHT DIVERTED TO ORD DUE TO UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURE.  AT FLIGHT LEVEL, CABIN REACHED 11,000 FEET.  UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CABIN ALTITUDE LOWER.  FOUND DOOR NET CLIPS STUCK BETWEEN DOOR JAMB AND SEAL.  INSTALLED NET CORRECTLY.
