## Discrepancy

FLT 4519 - CLE - LEFT PROP RPM FLUCUATION ON APPROACH, THE THE RPM DROPPED TO 1000.  THE PILOT SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED LEFT PROP CONTROL UNIT.
