FOD - THE CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT TO SPW AFTER THEY COULD NOT GET A GEAR SAFE LIGHT INDICATION ON APPROACH TO FOD. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED A NEW UPLOCK SWITCH AND CYCLED THE GEAR. ALL INDICATIONS WERE SATISFACTORY.
