## Discrepancy

FLT NR 3170 - HPN - DCA - THE LEFT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT COME UP WHEN THE GEAR WAS RETRACTED.  THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED IN TO DCA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE UPPER AND LOWER LOCK STRUTS.
