STL - DURING CRUISE, SINGLE SERVE CART S/N 0458 OVERHEATED CAUSING SMOKE IN LOWER GALLEY.  DISCONNECTED ELECTRICAL CABLE.  REPLACED SINGLE SERVE CART MFG P/N 888011 AND OPERATION CHECKED NORMAL.
