PIT MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND DISCOVERED CHAFED WIRE LEFT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH HARNESS.  REPAIRED CHAFED WIRE IAW MM CHAPTER 20-00-00 STANDARD PRACTICES.  FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT (FCF) CHECKED GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (W)
