## Discrepancy

WHEN BATTERY MASTER WAS SWITCHED TO THE 'ON' POSITION, THE LEFT ENGINE BEGAN TO SPOOL UP.  THE CONTACT POINTS WERE WELDED SHUT ON START RELAY.  REPLACED RELAY, OKAY FOR SERVICE.
