## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED LT ENGINE WOULD NOT MAKE A CLEAN SHUT DOWN.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED FLOW DIVIDER CHECK VALVE WAS PASSING FUEL BELOW PRESET PRESSURE.  FOUND RUBER DIAPHRAGM DRIED OUT DUE TO LACK OF USE.
