## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION PER CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS, COIL CRACK WAS NOTED.  REMOVED AND TESTED COIL.  FOUND HIGH VOLTAGE LEAK OUT FROM CRACK.  SUSPECT CAUSE MAY BE FROM MANUFACTURE DATE STAMP IN INSULATION.  CRACK LOCATION ABOUT 1 INCH FROM OUTPUT TAB.
