PILOT NOTED AIR CONDITIONER INOP.  REMOVED DRIVE BRACKET ASSY FROM ENGINE.  SPLINES WORN OFF OF SHAFT.  SPLINES IN ENGINE SHAFT NOT SERVICEABLE.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTED ALL SUCH COMPONENTS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  SECOND SUCH OCCURRENCE.  STC SA0144AT.
