SEAT FAILED AFT OF SEAT BACK RECLINE PISTON ATTACH POINT, ALLOWING BACK TO MOVE AFT.  SUBMITTER SUSPECTS HIGH TIME AND PILOTS USING LEFT FRONT CORNER OF SEAT TO HELP GET IN ACFT CAUSE OF FAILURE.
