## Discrepancy

PROPELLER WAS IN FOR CALENDER TIME OVERHAUL. AFTER DISASSEMBLY, FEATHER ASSIST SPRING WAS FOUND BROKEN IN FOUR PIECES. THIS PROBLEM WOULD CAUSE THE PROP TO NOT FULLY FEATHER AND/OR SURGING OF RPM DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH SPRING PRESSURE.
