## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION OF STARTER/GENERATOR, FOUND THE COMMUTATOR END BEARING FAILED.  BOTH ARMATURE AND STATOR WERE DAMAGED.  THESE BEARINGS ARE DESIGNED TO LAST 1,000 HOURS.
