## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION WHILE INVESTIGATING A NOISE IN THE WHIP DAMPER AREA, DISCOVERED THE WHIP DAMPER BRACKET WAS BADLY CHAFED.  THE BRACKET IS COVERED WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE AUTOMOTIVE BELT DRESSING COMPOUND.  PART WAS REPLACED ALONG WITH THE WHIP DAMPER.
