MAINTENANCE PULLED AND TY-WRAPPED BOTH FLAP MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND MEL'D THE FLAPS. NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR FUMES FOUND IN CABIN DURING INSPECTION.
