## Discrepancy

WHEN INSPECTING FILTER ADAPTER IAW SEB 93-1R1A, FOUND FRETTING OF THE MOUNTING THREADS.  THIS RENDERED THE ADAPTER UNAIRWORTHY.  ADAPTER REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT.
