## Discrepancy

DURING DISASSEMBLY OF UNIT FOR OVERHAUL, FOUND EXCESSIVE PITTING AND WEAR OF EXTERNAL SPLINES ON PUMP END OF SHAFT (INSIDE OF PUMP).  POSSIBLY CAUSED BY LACK OF MOLYDEM DISULFIDE GREASE ON SPLINES.
