FLUID LEAK CAUSED BY CIRCUMFERENTIAL SCORING ON AN824-4-D TEE WHERE IT CONTACTS FLARE ON END OF PN 723088-307 UPLOCK TUBE ASSY, BY GEAR SELECTOR VALVE.  (REF.
