## Discrepancy

DECREASED AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE NOTED FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF TURBO-NORMALIZING STC NR SA 5223NM.  INVESTIGATION FOUND TURBO FLITE SYSTEM WEIGHT DATA TO BE INCORRECT.  USING CORRECTED DATA STILL DOES NOT APPEAR CORRECT PER ACTUAL WEIGHT DATA FROM AIRCRAFT.
