BRACKET CRACKED AT SCREW HOLE FOR AFT SPAR ATTACHMENT ON HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.  CESSNA SL SE 84-17 ADDRESSES THIS PROBLEM.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTS MANDATORY REPLACMENT OF IMPROVED CESSNA PART.
