## Discrepancy

CREW FEATHERED LEFT ENGINE IN-FLIGHT DUE TO LOW OIL PRESSURE.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT WITH LEFT ENGINE AT IDLE POWER AND LANDED.  MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND OIL FILLER CAP ON ENGINE NOT SECURED.
