## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION FOUND VENTRAL FIN DAMAGED.  FOUND UPPER COWLING FASTENER HAD COME LOOSE, STRUCK PROPELLER AND WAS THEN THROWN INTO VENTRAL FIN.  FASTENER WAS STILL LODGED IN FIN.  PROPELLER WAS REMOVED FOR REPAIRS AND FIN REPAIRED PER STRUCTURAL REPAIR MANUAL.
