## Discrepancy

BAFFLING WAS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, JAMMING PROPELLER CONTROL INTERMITTENTLY.  MAINTENANCE SHOULD DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS AIRPLANE JUST CAME OUT OF AN INSPECTION.
