## Discrepancy

DURING PROPELLER REMOVAL FOR ALTERNATOR BELT REPLACEMENT, FOUND CRACKS AT EACH BULKHEAD MOUNT BOLT HOLE.  THIS REPAIR STATION HAS REPLACED NUMEROUS D4247 BULKHEADS AT LOW INSTALL TIMES.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTS CRACKS DUE TO POOR DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE.
