## Discrepancy

THE PLASTIC SLEEVE/COLLAR IS MISSING FROM THE LAP BELT LUG/PIN WHERE SHOULDER HARNESS CONNECTS TO BELT.  WITH THIS MISSING, POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT OF HARNESS TO BELT IS COMPROMISED.
