## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION OF FIRST STAGE NOZZLE, FOUND FIRST STAGE WHEEL CRACKED AT THE INNER RING.  CRACK PROGRESSES TOWARD THE SPLINED SHAFT.  THIS HAS BEEN THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF FIRST STAGE TURBINE WHEEL BEING CRACKED AT THIS LOCATION.
