## Discrepancy

TO COMPLY WITH SB 518C.  A NEW THERMOSTATIC BYPASS VALVE WAS INSTALLED.  DURING RUN-UP TEST, THE NEW VALVE FAILED TO CONTROL OIL TEMPERATURE.  THE VALVE WAS RETURNED TO VENDOR AND ANOTHER NEW ONE WAS INSTALLED AND FUNCTIONED SATISFACTORY.
