## Discrepancy

MAG REMOVED FOR OVERHAUL AND PACKING OF BEARINGS BECAUSE OF TIME AND ROUGHNESS.  CAPACITOR WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING OR BUILDING CORROSION SIMILAR TO BATTERY CORROSION WHERE THE WIRE EXITS THE CAPACITOR HOUSING.  CAPACITOR HAD NOT FAILED, BUT FAILURE WAS IMMINENT.
