ON COMPLIANCE WITH PIPER SB 974, AILERON HINGE INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT, FOUND BOTH AILERON SPAR AND RIB CRACKED ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT AILERONS.  CRACKS NOT VISIBLE UNLESS AILERON HINGE BRACKETS ARE REMOVED.
