THIS VALVE HAS VERY LITTLE TIME ON IT.  SUBMITTER STATED 80 PERCENT OF ALL VALVES INSPECTED WITH THIS PIN HAVE FAILED INSPECTION IAW SB S18B.  RECOMMEND SB BE MADE INTO AN AD.
