## Discrepancy

RT CABIN DOOR WAS HEAVILY MODIFIED FOR SKY DIVING APPLICATIONS.  FORWARD LATCH PIN WAS WORN AND ALLOWED DOOR TO UNLATCH IN-FLIGHT.  DUE TO THE HIGH SPEEDS INVOLVED, THE DOOR BROKE IN HALF AND DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT.
