DAY/PHL - FLT 4149 - EN ROUTE, CREW WAS UNABLE TO COOL CABIN.  ELECTED TO RETURN TO DAY.  MAINTENANCE CLEANED CONNECTOR ON BOTH LT AND RT PACK DUCT TEMP SENSOR IAW STANDARD MAINTENANCE PRACTICES.  GROUND CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
