## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAILED AT 32 DEGREES.  FOUND RT OUTBOARD FLAP INBOARD ACTUATOR AT FAULT.  REPLACED ACTUATOR IAW MM 27-50-16 AND MM 27-50-00.  OPS CHECK NORMAL.
