## Discrepancy

FOUND 2 CRACKS AT LIGHTENING HOLE IN CENTER SECTION OF FRONT SPAR AND REINFORCEMENT SPAR OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER.  SUSPECT CAUSE - IMPROPER GROUND HANDLING.  RECOMMENDATION - USE TOW BAR.
