## Discrepancy

ENGINE WILL NOT START.  HIGH EGT AND HUNG AT 24 PERCENT RPM.  FOUND PRIMARY SIDE OF NOZZLE PLUGGED, EXCEPT FOR SOLID THIN STREAM AT 40 DEGREE PATTERN POSITION, PER SPECS.
