## Discrepancy

CONTACT STUCK IN CLOSED POSITION AFTER ENGINE STARTED CAUSING STARTER TO OVERHEAT AND SHORT OUT.  SHORT CAUSED BATTERY TERMINAL TO MELT OFF.  TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE FOLLOWED.
