## Discrepancy

'NEW STYLE' STARTER CLUTCH SHAFT GEAR TEETH STARTING TO GALL.  COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE IS A RESULT OF THIS.  REASON FOR 'NEW STYLE' CLUTCH IS TO ELIMINATE THIS GALLING PROBLEM.
