OMA - DURING AN FAA RAMP AUDIT, FAA REPORTED RT WING INTERIOR OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH LAMPS, BATTERY PACK AND BATTERY CHARGER AND CHECKED OKAY.  REFERENCE CONTROL NR F3LA95002.
