BOLT PULLED THROUGH BRACKET FOR RIGHT INBOARD FLAP ATTACHMENT.  APPEARS TRACK WORN EXCESSIVELY AT BOLT HOLES.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTED TRACK SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR WEAR.
