## Discrepancy

DURING FLIGHT NR ADT4, CREW FELT VIBRATION FROM LEFT WHEEL WELL, REDUCED AIRSPEED AND ALTITUDE THEN DIVERT TO AVB.  FOUND OUTER DOOR ACTUATION ROD NOT SECURED TO DOOR, SECURED ROD AND PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF WHEEL WELL, NO DEFECTS FOUND.
