## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR AND FLAPS CHECKED UP, NR 4 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY INDICATION ILLUMINATED.  CREW FOLLOWED COCKPIT OPERATING PROCEDURE AND RETURNED TO NRT.  REPLACED RESERVE BRAKE SELECTOR VALVE AND PERFORMED LEAK CHECK.  CHECK WAS NORMAL AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
