## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMB, THE OUTBOARD FLAPS STOPPED AT TWO DEGREES ON RETRACTION.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO NRT AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED THE RIGHT OUTBOARD TRAILING EDGE FLAP ACTUATOR, NR 7 FLAP TRANSMISSION AND THE OUTBOARD FLAP TRACK FAIRING HINGE FITTING LINK.
